Payment Terms & Project Policy

1. Project Engagement

Projects officially commence upon confirmation and receipt of the required downpayment.

Project timelines start once:

• Downpayment is received
• Complete project details are provided

Delays in client response may affect delivery timeline.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to initiate the project.
• The remaining balance must be settled prior to final file release.
• Downpayments are non-refundable.
• Additional requests beyond agreed scope will incur additional fees.

For HR Retainers: Monthly payment must be settled in advance.

3. Revisions Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revisions.

Minor Revisions include:

• Color refinements
• Typography adjustments
• Small layout modifications
• Text edits

Major Revisions include:

• Concept direction changes
• Core visual replacements
• Structural redesigns

Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur fees depending on scope and complexity.

4. Scope of Work

Only services stated in the agreed package or proposal are included. Any work outside the defined scope will require a revised quotation.

The following are considered additional scope:

• Extra design concepts
• Additional layouts
• New sections
• Rush requests
• Additional file formats not included in package

Additional scope = Additional fee.

5. File Release Policy

Final high-resolution and editable files will only be released after full payment is completed.

Preview files may contain watermark before final payment.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are based on:

• Scope of project
• Client responsiveness
• Revision rounds

Urgent projects may incur rush fees.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content
• Supplying final text before layout approval
• Reviewing proofs carefully before finalization

Rovic Mejia is not liable for errors approved by the client during final review.

8. Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, the client is granted full rights to the final approved designs. Rovic Mejia retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
